I lead interactive VR/AR and game-based research projects at the Center for Simulation and Synthetic Humans at UT Dallas. My background in interaction design and expertise in mixed methods research help me to design, implement and evaluate immersive training simulations and learning tools.

I am passionate about creating meaningful and engaging products that integrate novel modes of human-computer interaction, such as AI-enabled conversational virtual humans. I lead business development for our research team through grant proposals and technical pitches. I've helped secure approximately $1.6 Million for research and development from NSF, NIH, and private sponsors.

I empathize with users and research ways to utilize interaction design principles and generative AI tools (NLP, LLM, LVM) to launch transformative business solutions that wow and inspire.
